本地基线

• V2-00 本地可复现预检已完成：Build 14/14、Go 14/14、前端 4/4、正式 Compose 18/18、开发 Compose 10/10。
• 当前 CI 镜像门禁收敛为 linux/amd64；ARM/QEMU 已明确延期，不是本次验收范围。
• E-HA-03、V2-09B / Phase F 未纳入本次 CI 与发布范围。

CI 执行环境

• 已准备专用 Ubuntu 24.04 编译 VM：8 vCPU、8 GiB RAM、145 GiB 根盘。
• dentaflow-ci-host Runner 已注册并在线：Forgejo Runner v12.13.2，标签 dentaflow-ci。
• Runner 为 Host 执行模式；Docker 仅用于 Compose、临时数据库与 amd64 镜像构建。
• 当前 Gitea 页面显示该 Runner 为全局 Runner；真实 CI 前需确认它只会接收带 dentaflow-ci 标签的受信任任务，旧 all Runner 不得新增该标签。

尚未执行 / 外部门禁

• 按计划等待当前分支其余改动完成后，再触发真实 Gitea Actions。
• 真实 CI 需要留存：workflow artifacts、PostgreSQL migration 生命周期、amd64 镜像 digest / SPDX SBOM / Cosign，以及干净 Linux minimum-stack smoke 的运行证据。
• 此 PR 仍不可合并，直至上述运行证据完成并留存。
